Investigating the thermal and mechanical properties of the ceramic coating created on nickel-based super alloy by plasma spraying

Heating of the coating at constant temperature, adhesion and microhardness measurement were used in order to investigate the created coating, and microstructure was investigated by optical microscope. Microscopic observations show that after the heat shock test and the isothermal stability test, a new infiltration zone at the temperature of 950 degrees Celsius is formed in the interface between the middle cover and the Yerla glass.
Is. Also, some lacquers related to metal oxides including Cr2O3 and Al2O3 were created in Lai or Yaniyeh. The formation mechanism of these layers is activated by temperature.
